Getting married is one of the most exciting times in your life

The wedding planning process can be hectic and exciting, but we always make sure its fun so you can enjoy every moment from start to finish. We will first spend time getting to know exactly how you envision your special celebration, general theme, color designs, specialty beverage, wedding cake or dessert options. Whether you prefer a sit-down dinner, chef's tasting plate stations or a buffet, there is no idea too big or too small. Our chef will sit with you to customize a unique menu that reflects the two of you. Our goal is to create a remarkable wedding celebration both you and your guests will never forget. 



Call us to get a custom proposal

Once we have the initial details, this is usually based on our budget, preference, unique ideas and your favorite types of foods, we will create a custom menu. This is just the starting point as through the initial planning process we will be adding, deleting and changing the proposal so you always have a clear understanding of what we have discussed. We know ideas, tastes, designs and every detail can evolve throughout the planning process, so you don't ever have to feel like once you decide on something, it's final. Heading up to your wedding date, we can change anything to be sure we create the exact vision you have for your special day.




One of the most exciting parts of the wedding planning process is the tasting. Once we decide on cocktail hour & reception dinner style (sit-down, buffet, stations) and we have discussed your menu selections our chef will create a  variety of your chosen items and we will taste each one to finalize the exact selections you wish to have at your wedding. The tasting is fun, laid back and it also gives us another chance to get to know you and for you to get to know us. 



Final Revisions & Guest Count

We will work closely together with you throughout the entire planning process to create the perfect celebration. Final revisions and guest count are due two weeks prior to your event date. 



Advance Deposit

We require an advance deposit for all events. Usually with weddings we collect 25% of the estimated charges when you sign the event agreement. 30 days prior to your event date we will collect an additional 25%. And then 1 week prior to your event we will collect the remaining 50%. Within 72hours prior to your event we will send a final invoice with any remaining charges or refund due.
