Welcome to Robert Andrews Catering, one of the tri-state areas top catering companies. We offer a wide range of catering services, from drop off to full service catering. Our packages are designed to be a quick and easy way for you to see menus and pricing. They are ideal for the busy corporate assistant, production coordinator or planner. Of course you are welcome to use these packages as a starting point and add items or customize and trade items from other packages. Please note that the pricing may go up or down based on specific changes, we are happy to work with you to make a menu that fits your team and budget. We will have a monthly seasonal menu posted that take their cue from the changing seasons.
We are based in Bergen County N.J. & Greenpoint Brooklyn, that’s doesn’t limit us in any way to traveling to Upstate Rhineback N.Y., to a farm setting in the Poconos P.a. or the Beaches of Long Island & South Jersey. We remain flexible and ready to travel with you wherever your schedule takes you, please be sure to book in advance.
Our Drop off catering is delivered in aluminum pans for hot and cold items that are lined with parchment paper, wrapped and tied with string. We try to use as little plastic as possible, our set-up of wire racks, sterno, serving utensils, plates, napkin, plastic cutlery are available for an additional charge, as well as offering eco-friendly cutlery, plates, napkins and serving utensils.
Terms & Conditions
There is a $250.00 food minimum on orders Monday-Friday and $500.00 food minimum for orders on Saturday and Sunday. All catering requires menu and guest count confirmation, as well as contract execution by 2pm two business days prior to the first day of services. We require 48 hours to fully accommodate your order, orders or changes placed after that time are based on availability. Based on availability Robert Andrews Catering will try to accommodate late requests, however a $150.00 rush charge will apply.
We have a cancellation policy, cancellations must be made 48hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 & 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will incur a 75%charge. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
Delivery & Set-up
Please provide us with your exact address/ location, delivery instructions, “ready to serve by time” when placing your orders. There is an additional charge for our delivery service. Please inquire for pricing to your area when you place your order. Charges are based on date, time, location and if there are multiple deliveries in a day. There may be a pick up charge for any equipment or rentals supplied to you for your order.
Plates, Napkins, Untesils & Cups
Plastic untesils are an additional $1.00 to your order, if you would like bio/eco-friendly utensils it is an additional $2.00 per person per meal. We also offer china plates, silverware and coffee mugs for $5.00 per person per meal, with china & silverware service there is a pick-up charge added.
Sales Tax & Payment
N.J. sales tax of 6.625% & N.Y. sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to final balance on invoice, if you are tax exempt please provide proper information.
We accept business checks and if using visa, master, discover or amex there will be an additional 2.75%charge to final balance of invoice.
