We have built a solid reputation of being the caterer of choice for "Foodies" who want their events not to look or feel catered. Whether entertaining for a casual dinner party, a corporate luncheon, a cocktail reception or a sit-down wedding, we will gladly guide you through any planning. We will listen to your needs and lead you through every step to assure a unique culinary experience and ensure that your event is memorable. We prefer not to limit ourselves to set menus because each event is unique in its own way. So please look at some sample menu ideas, and then we can design something together.

 Chef Russos' innovative and exciting modern cuisine has become a favorite of New York & New Jersey gastronomes. his fascination with unique ingredients has fueled a career that has shown of critical acclaim. 

Chef Russo credits his time working with celebrity chef David Burke as an inspirational place from which his personal culinary view was natured, challenged and refined. Russo also helmed the kitchen at Moonstruck in Asbury park and 3 Forty Grill in Hoboken N.J. receiving favorable reviews for his distinct eye appealing cuisine. He also honed his craft in off-premise catering working with James Brady at James Catering, his specialty was translating the high-end fine dining experience to private events of all kinds. 

In 2006 he took upon a new venture building on his own talent, Chef Russo created R.A. Culinary Solutions, consulting nationally for a number of cafes, restaurants and catering companies. In 2010 word of his talents prepping, presenting and creating fine food spread and Robert Andrews Creative Caterers & Special Events was born. Since that time, Robert Andrews located in Bergen County N.J. has emerged as one of the premier catering firms in the tri-state area, winning numerous awards and accolades. 

Thanks to Robert Andrews hard-earned reputation for excellence, we have the privelage of providing our clients with a diverse staff of highly talented professionals. Our staff members offer skills ranging from private chef's, servers, bartenders and stewards. We take great pride in our staff's commitment to excellence, their passion for the hospitality business and the pride they take serving our guests. We maintain constant training focused on always fullfilling the unexpressed wishes of each guest.

General Information


All photoshoot catering requires menu and guest count confirmation, as well as contract execution by 2:00pm two business days prior to the first day of service. Based on availability Robert Andrews Catering will try to accommodate late requests, however a $150 rush charge will apply.



Cancellations must be made 48 hours in-advance for a full refund. Cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
